Through interviews, an employees survey, site tours, and plan analysis, three relocation recommendations were developed to consolidate the operational groups within the company. By targeting specific floors to renovate, groups that required adjacency to each other could be accommodated spatially. In order to help leadership ultimately decide on a scenario with which to move forward, a pro/con chart was developed that highlighted the outcomes of each of the strategies depending on business priority.
