This client asked: How are office environments that we recently built performing? How can we improve new spaces we plan to build in the future?

Data collection tactics included floor plan analysis, an employee survey, space utilization studies, and focus groups. A comprehensive evaluation of the quantitative and qualitative data collected from these activities produced site specific ‘quick fixes’ that the client could consider employing immediately as well as more long term recommendations that could be applied to future built space.
