Experience Design for Financial Client

In collaboration with Marc Bruffet, Andrew Juiris, Mandy Stehouwer

Leadership interviews, site visits, and service mapping gave the team insight that was then presented to client leadership during a visioning session. That knowledge, along with retail bank trends and external inspiration,  allowed our team to brainstorm 100 ideas that could impact change throughout bank branches in the categories of Operations, Branding, Customer Service, Space & Architecture, Merchandising, and Furniture. Working closely with client leadership, we narrowed those 100 ideas down to 40 that were expanded upon in a "Playbook" that outlined the successful implementation of the ideas. Most of my personal efforts during my internship went toward visual and text material for the Playbook.
